RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our returns policy

Personalised & Bespoke Tributes

Many of our funeral tributes are handmade to order and personalised to your chosen colours, wording or design. Because these items are created specifically for you, they usually cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Standard Items

If you have ordered a non-personalised item and wish to return it, please contact us as soon as possible. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe we have sent the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue and packaging.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us quickly. Once a handmade or personalised tribute has entered production, changes or cancellations may not always be possible.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service when returning items.
