These Terms & Conditions apply when you browse our website, place an order or purchase products from mySilkFlowers. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive confirmation by email. Please check all order details carefully, including product choices, colours, personalisation, delivery address and funeral date if applicable.

3. Handmade Products

All of our silk funeral tributes are handmade to order. Because each piece is individually created, small variations may occur in flower placement, ribbon finish, colour shade or design details.

4. Personalised Orders

Personalised items, including tributes with names, sash wording, colour choices or bespoke details, are made specifically for you. Please ensure all wording and personalisation details are correct before placing your order.

5. Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started on a handmade or personalised tribute, changes or cancellations may not always be possible.

6. Delivery

We carefully pack all tributes before dispatch. Please provide a full and accurate delivery address. If delivery is to a funeral director, please include the full address and any reference details required.

7. Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, personalisation requirements and courier service. If your order is required for a specific funeral date, please let us know when ordering.

8. Product Images

We do our best to ensure product images accurately represent each tribute. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and handmade items may vary slightly from the photographs shown.

9. Returns & Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is an issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs. We will review the matter and advise on the next steps.

10. Bespoke Designs

Bespoke orders are created based on the information you provide. We will always do our best to match your requested design, colours and style using the materials available.
